To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under Scottish law you must:* Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information * Be over 18 years of age * Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us * Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom.
Please note that PO Box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable. Although we do our utmost to ensure all information on this website is correct and is as up-to-date as possible when you place an order, we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control. Product dimensions given are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of individual products and product images are not to scale. We cannot guarantee that the images and colours of our products will be represented correctly on different computer monitors or other devices through which this website may be accessed. We reserve the right to refuse orders if items have been mispriced or if the item is no longer available.
Buying from this Website
By purchasing from this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. By filling in an electronic order form and submitting it to us you are making an offer to purchase from us. In doing so you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own. We will send an email confirming your order details. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase will result in a binding agreement between us under these Terms and Conditions. Please note that we are under no obligation to accept your order but we would normally only refuse orders under exceptional circumstances.
These circumstances include; non-approval of payment by your credit card/debit card company; the item no longer being in stock; the item having being misrepresented or mispriced on our website. We will contact you immediately if there is any problem with your order or unforeseen delay.
Pricing and Payment for Purchases
All prices quoted on this website are in Pounds Sterling and we can only accept payment in Pounds Sterling. Prices are subject to increase without notice but we will never charge you more than the price stated in your order confirmation. We accept payments from major credit/debit cards through PayPal or by bank transfer.Payment will be taken immediately upon confirmation of your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of publishing the information to this site. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery & Return Policy Delivery within the UK
All our products are dispatched in felt/organza bags as standard and are sent by first class Royal Mail within seven working days to allow for order processing. The cost for this service is £1.50. If you require a gift box (payable extra) the cost will be £3.00. Royal Mail Special Delivery Items will be charged at £6.50. All orders over £50.00 will be dispatched free of charge by First Class Royal Mail. For orders over £50.00 by Royal Mail Special Delivery the cost will be £6.50. Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched within seven days. Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive at their destination by 1pm on the next working day. Please note that Special Delivery orders made after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. All delivery time frames exclude Bank Holidays.We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched. You can check the status of your order at any time in the ‘my orders’ section of the website, which will update with the parcel’s Royal Mail tracking reference. You can then trace your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website. At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays. For Special Delivery parcels, please call us if you’ve not received your item after 3 working days and we will be happy to assist you. For standard delivery, if you have not received you parcel within 4 working days from notification of dispatch, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Overseas Delivery All Items dispatched to Europe and World Zones 1 & 2 as defined by Royal Mail will be charged at a flat rate of £3.50 for using our standard packaging. For Orders requiring a gift box the flat rate charge will be £5.00
Deliveries in some countries may be subject to customs delays. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 working days.

We are confident that you will be delighted with the products you purchase from us but if you do change your mind we offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all online purchases except in the one circumstance listed below*. This cooling-off period begins the day your order is confirmed and ends 7 days from the day after you receive your order.* For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept the return of earrings and other pierced jewellery.
How it Works
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched you should email us at the first opportunity on email@example.com. You will be notified by email when your order has been posted to you. If you wish to return goods you have already received please contact us and a member of our staff will be happy to advise you and guide you through the returns process if required.
Goods must be returned within 7 days from the day after the goods are received/signed for.Goods must be returned in their original condition along with all packaging and paperwork. If returning goods you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.All goods must be returned by a secure postal method at your own expense. You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us.A full refund will be given excluding any postal charges included in the original purchase price. The refund will be made for the cost of the goods to the same method of payment used to place the order.
If we have sent you an incorrect order or your item is damaged
Should, for some reason, your purchases reach you in a less than perfect condition please email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. We will offer, if available, an exact replacement or we can advise on a suitable replacement of similar quality and value. If you do not wish the item replaced or exchanged a full refund will be given. In either case we will refund any postal costs incurred by you in returning a faulty or damaged item.
