Our cremation ash jewellery is available in a wide choice of colours and effects.  For inspiration refer to the gallery, then make your selection from the drop down box.  Sometimes choosing a colour can be difficult, particularly with highly treasured, sentimental items such as these. For this reason we positively encourage enquiries if you are at all unsure.  Please Contact us and we can discuss everything in detail.  Some customers wish to have the colour of their loved ones birthstone.  Please refer to the chart in the gallery.

In the event that you do not have any cremation ash,  we can also use your loved ones hair or other sentimental inclusions such as a piece of fabric.

Please note we do not make products using Breast Milk or Umbilical Cords.

How to Order

• Choose Your Pendant Forget-Me-Not Cremation Ash Pendant
• Upon receipt of your order we will send you out a collection kit together with full instructions and a brief questionnaire so that we can gather more information about your loved one,  we will require about a teaspoon of cremation ash.  When sending your kit back to us we advise that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery so that it can be tracked.
• Orders take up to 4 weeks to process from the date we receive your kit, times can vary upwards to a maximum of 6 weeks depending on the time of year so please keep this on mind when placing your order
• Once we have completed your order we will send it to you via Royal Mail Signed For with any unused ash placed in the base of the gift box

Personalised Plaque

For and extra special touch, you may wish to consider a Memorial Personalised Plaque. You can add your own photo and/or words of your choice.  We then insert this inside the gift box.  Please follow this link Personalised Plaque for further details.
